Extra virgin olive oil from Coratina monocultivar
The view is green and of great elegance, the smell is decisive and broad with green notes of tomato and artichoke scent. The taste is enveloping and fruity with fresh herbs. All in all bitterness and spicy are present and well metered.
It is recommended to use on grilled meat, carpaccio, legume and vegetable soup in general, on many types of fish and last but not least for a great fry.
